Drive is effected via electrically conductive V belt drive that is covered by a belt guard. The ceramic plunger, cylinder head of bronze, and Teflon packings, together with stainless steel valves and ample provision for drainage, ensure a long service life. Drive is effected by an Ex- protected motor.
